Tags

Tags are a first-class primitive in Nomendex for organizing and connecting your notes and todos.

Using Tags

There are two ways to use tags:

Note-level Tags

Apply tags to an entire note using the note metadata. These tags appear in the notes browser and can be used to filter your notes.

Inline Tags

Use #tag anywhere within a note to tag specific content. Inline tags are clickable and let you see all notes containing that tag.

Todo Tags

Add tags to any todo item for flexible organization across projects.

Finding Tagged Content

Open the Tags Browser to see all tags in your workspace and the notes that use them.

Tag Suggestions

As you type #, Nomendex suggests existing tags from your workspace to keep your tagging consistent.
